Dr. Janos Veres Joins NextFlex as Director of Engineering

Dr. Janos Veres joined NextFlex as the director of Engineering, effective May 1. 

 

“Many of you already know Janos; he’s been a strong supporter and advocate for us at PARC and has been engaged with us since the formation of NextFlex,” said Malcolm J. Thompson, Ph.D., NextFlex executive director. “In fact, it was with his help that NextFlex hosted a workshop at PARC in early 2017. He has also participated in NextFlex’s Technical Council and Technical Working Groups.

 

“Janos is a seasoned technologist and electronic system leader in both corporate and startup settings. Most importantly, he has over 25 years’ experience in printed, flexible electronics and related fields, and has led high impact innovations in electronic materials, novel printing, sensors, displays, photoreceptors, plastics, coatings, lighting, medical devices and novel forms of additive manufacturing,” Thompson continued. “Janos has authored over 40 patents. We are very happy to have him joining the NextFlex team.”
